A fun, lighthearted class, where you will learn fundamental craft cocktail bartending techniques, and exercises to elevate your bartender skills.
Learn techniques geared towards cultivating nuance and depth in classic cocktails, with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients and Philadelphia Distilling’s craft spirits.
Basics of proper tool use, including which tools for which cocktails, when to shake or stir, how to measure, and pouring techniques (plus much more).
You will learn to build (and enjoy) a Negroni, a Bee’s Knees, and a Gin Gin Mule. No cocktail experience is necessary for this class.
