Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin is the gin for whiskey drinkers. This bold expression is produced by finishing Bluecoat American Dry Gin in new, charred American Oak barrels for a total of 8 months to round and soften the gin. This results in a well-rounded, complex liquid with hints of caramel, vanilla and toffee without sacrificing the juniper or peppery notes of our gin.
