Join Us On Saturday March 5th to Celebrate National Absinthe Day
At 2:00pm head distiller and absinthe enthusiast Aaron Selya will be leading a class about the history of absinthe, modern production of absinthe, and some service techniques and tasting notes.
Here at Philadelphia Distilling we distill Vieux Carre, the first legal absinthe sold on the east coast of the Untied States in almost 100 years. The class will come with one glass of Vieux Carre served in traditional french fashion.
