Bluecoat Gin
The Bee's Knees
Ingredients
2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin.
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey Syrup*
Lemon Twist
*Honey Syrup — 4:1 ratio of honey to water. Measure a cup of boiling water into a quart of honey and stir until homogenous. Let it cool and store in an air tight container and refrigerate.
Directions
Measure ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bluecoat Gin
Martinez
Ingredients
2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz. Luxardo
2 dashes bitters
Directions
Add the ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled. Pour into a Nick & Nora or Coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Vieux Carré
Vieux Frappe
Ingredients
1 oz. Vieux Carre Absinthe Superieure
¼ oz. Anisette
Lemon twist
Directions
In a cocktail shaker add the Absinthe & Anisette. Fill with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Top with additional ice and garnish with lemon twist.

The Bay Vodka
THE BAY Bloody Mary
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. THE BAY Vodka
4 oz. of your favorite Bloody Mary Mix
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Garnish: 1 celery stalk, lemon wheel, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh lime juice for glass rims, crab claw
Directions
Dip rim of cocktail glass in lime juice then in Old Bay Seasoning and set aside. Add THE BAY Vodka, Bloody Mary mix and lemon juice together. Pour back and forth between two glasses to mix. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with celery stalk, lemon wheel, crab claw (optional).

Ingredients
3 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
1 oz. Penn 1681 Vodka
½ oz. Lillet Blanc
Directions
Add ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir to chill. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
