We are inspired by the past and the future—from the local legacy of revolutionary Bluecoat Gin to the historical relevance of absinthe in New Orleans, as expressed by Vieux Carré Absinthe Supérieure—to spirits that reflect our distillers’ talents and the evolution of how we drink today.

Bluecoat Gin

The Clover Club

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Bluecoat American Dry Gin
½ oz Dry Vermouth
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
6 Fresh Raspberries
Egg white

Directions

Add raspberries to a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle. Add the additional ingredients to the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail Coupe and garnish fresh raspberries.

Bluecoat Gin

Martinez

Ingredients

2 oz. Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz. Luxardo
2 dashes bitters

Directions

Add the ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass, and stir until chilled. Pour into a Nick & Nora or Coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

Vieux Carré

Vieux Frappe

Ingredients

1 oz. Vieux Carre Absinthe Superieure
¼ oz. Anisette
Lemon twist

Directions

In a cocktail shaker add the Absinthe & Anisette. Fill with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Top with additional ice and garnish with lemon twist.

The Bay Vodka

THE BAY Bloody Mary

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. THE BAY Vodka
4 oz. of your favorite Bloody Mary Mix
½ oz. Lemon Juice
Garnish: 1 celery stalk, lemon wheel, Old Bay Seasoning, fresh lime juice for glass rims, crab claw

Directions

Dip rim of cocktail glass in lime juice then in Old Bay Seasoning and set aside. Add THE BAY Vodka, Bloody Mary mix and lemon juice together. Pour back and forth between two glasses to mix. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with celery stalk, lemon wheel, crab claw (optional).

Vesper

Ingredients

3 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
1 oz. Penn 1681 Vodka
½ oz. Lillet Blanc

Directions

Add ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir to chill. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
