Our Tasting Room is open Thursday through Sunday, offering a cocktail bar and dining experience built around our award-winning portfolio, including Bluecoat American Dry Gin, Bluecoat Barrel-Finished Gin, Bluecoat Elderflower Gin, and our full family of Philadelphia Distilling spirits.

Led by General Manager Matt Wagner, our hospitality team brings a thoughtful and welcoming approach to every visit. The seasonal cocktail menu features house creations, reimagined classics, and spirit flights designed to showcase the depth and versatility of our brands, while our kitchen, led by Chef Paul Trowbridge, serves a rotating menu of gastropub staples and shareable plates made to pair with what’s in your glass.

The distillery is also home to a dynamic calendar of on-site experiences, from weekend distillery tours and cocktail classes to private events and seasonal programming. Led by Events & Marketing Manager Nicole Enders, our events program brings guests deeper into the world of Philadelphia Distilling through gatherings that celebrate craft, hospitality, and connection.

Whether you’re stopping in for a drink, joining a tour, taking a class, or planning a celebration, we invite you to gather with us and experience the spirit of Philadelphia Distilling.

Our Tasting Room, overlooking our award-winning distillery, is fully equipped with a craft cocktail bar, full kitchen, and bottle shop. Reservations for our Tasting Room are encouraged.
